Operating Eamon Park Co-op successfully requires the synergy of all committees working together towards a common goal. From the Finance and Maintenance Committees ensuring financial stability and upkeep, to the Garden and Membership Committees fostering community engagement and growth, each team plays a crucial role. This collaboration ensures that co-op members enjoy a thriving, well-maintained, and inclusive community, where everyone's contributions create the best possible living experience for all.
Garden
Committee
The Garden Committee is dedicated to cultivating a vibrant community garden for all members of Eamon Housing Co-op. We plant a diverse array of vegetables and herbs, nurturing them from seed to harvest. Our fresh, home-grown produce is distributed among co-op members, promoting healthy living and strengthening our community bonds through shared sustainability efforts.

Committee
The Membership Committee is committed to fostering a welcoming and vibrant community at Eamon Housing Co-op. We conduct interviews with potential new members to ensure they align with our cooperative values and culture. By guiding applicants through the required steps, we help them integrate smoothly into our community. Once all requirements are met, we recommend qualified candidates to the board for membership approval, strengthening our co-op with engaged and dedicated individuals.
Finance
Committee
The Finance Committee plays a key role in maintaining the financial health of Eamon Housing Co-op. We review the co-op’s budget and oversee how funds are allocated and spent, ensuring financial transparency and responsibility. By carefully monitoring expenses and providing recommendations, we help keep the co-op financially sustainable for the benefit of all members.
Maintainence Committee
The Maintenance Committee is responsible for identifying and addressing the maintenance needs of Eamon Housing Co-op. We assess required repairs and improvements, ensuring the upkeep of our buildings and shared spaces. By making informed recommendations to the board for approval, we help maintain a safe, functional, and comfortable living environment for all co-op members.
